had a great stay in florence. raffaello exceeded expectations with their cozy and modern rooms, tasty breakfasts, and comfortable beds. highly recommend them!

Window coverings wouldn't come up.

The hotel had a marvelous and ideal location within walking distance of Piazza Dalmazia. It had an extremely comfy bed. The bathroom had the best hairdryers, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries.

The continental breakfast option was decent. The room was quiet and huge, had central heating, a safe box and TV set. Location: the hotel was close enough to a tram station with frequent service and the downtown and the bus station. We had goodies and coffee at Pasticceria Caffe' Serafini, it was located not very far from the venue.

Great breakfast with plenty of food, it was amazing! Found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. The location is super convenient, just 0.5 miles from the airport, easy to get to. Also, there is a bakery and a supermarket close by 🥐.

The breakfast was reasonably good and had a lot of food. We got a room with great decor and a spacious bathroom to relax. The staff were very helpful, and the service was good. It was in a favorable and ideal location just minutes from Piazza Dalmazia.

The bedroom was large and had the best private bathroom. the location of the hotel was good - a 10-15 minute walk from Careggi Hospital.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, including free parking and wifi. The staff were helpful in giving me tips on nearby restaurants. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and the train station.

Room was very spacious and clean there was a nice selection of cafes and shops to browse in around the hotel and a market on the Saturday. Continental breakfast included cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries. You could get bus into the centre of Florence or the hotel ran a shuttle service 4/5 times a day which you could book at reception.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room although you could order from room service. The room was also very warm and changing the temperature did not make too much of a difference.

The service provided by the front desk and some of the restaurant staff. The free shuttle bus to the town. Free parking and internet.

The location, the sound of ambulances kept us awake. One member of the restaurant and breakfast bar staff was rather rude

The hotel is conveniently located near one of our favorite spots, esselunga di via milanesi. Staying in the Santa Maria Novella district won't disappoint. Parking on site was easy. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located for visiting the town and corresponds to the expectations; very nice room and good breakfast.

The internet wasn't working but i suppose it was a temorary problem (we just stayed one night).

Far from the center. It is not 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is limited in products. Very simple rooms without any decor.

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at a hotel in Italy and I was pleasantly surprised by the services offered. I loved the breakfast provided by the hotel. They served fresh and delicious croissants with a variety of jams to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the city and offered easy access to local bars and restaurants.

There were also some negative aspects of my stay. The room felt a bit cramped and the bathroom was quite outdated.
